About Low-Tech IT Solutions
We started this company because we were tired of seeing people get overcharged, talked down to, and sold things they didn't need. There had to be a better way to do IT support. So we built it.
Our Story
Low-Tech IT Solutions was founded with a simple belief: technology should make your life easier, not harder. We saw too many people in Savannah struggling with IT companies that spoke in jargon, charged hidden fees, and locked customers into contracts they didn't need.
We chose the name “Low-Tech” not because we use old technology \u2014 we use the latest and best \u2014 but because we believe in making technology feel low-stress. We take the complexity out of IT so you can focus on what you do best.
Based in Savannah, Georgia, we serve homes and businesses across the greater Savannah area. Every technician on our team lives in this community, shops at these stores, and eats at these restaurants. When you call us, you're calling your neighbor.
Our Mission
To provide honest, affordable, and accessible technology support that empowers Savannah's homes and businesses.
What We Stand For
These aren't corporate buzzwords on a wall. These are the principles that guide every single interaction we have with you.
Honesty First
We tell you what you need, not what makes us the most money. If a $39 remote fix solves your problem, we won’t push an on-site visit. If your computer isn’t worth repairing, we’ll tell you straight.
Community Focused
We invest in Savannah because this is our home too. Our clients are our neighbors. We give back through free tech workshops, discounted nonprofit support, and local partnerships.
Always Learning
Technology changes fast. We stay ahead so you don’t have to. Our team maintains current certifications and continuously trains on the latest tools, threats, and best practices.
