  • Vercel — Website hosting and content delivery. Vercel serves our website and processes requests. Server logs may include your IP address and request details.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements:

  • Active client records: For the duration of the client relationship plus 7 years after termination (per Georgia statute of limitations for contract claims).
  • Invoices and payment records: 7 years from the date of the transaction (per IRS record-keeping requirements).
  • Website analytics data: 26 months from collection.
  • Contact form submissions: 2 years from last communication, unless the inquiry is converted to a client relationship.
